This home has been lovingly remodeled with new hardwood in main level of the home & bedrooms. We have also added designer tile floors to the guest bathroom upstairs and the laundry room. Bathrooms have been remodeled too, with the master getting a new vanity and custom quartzite countertop, all new lighting and the other guest bathroom has a new vanity and all new lighting and new tile floor. Every light in the home has been replaced and the whole home has been repainted, so looks fresh and clean. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms- a king in the master and queen beds in the other two guest rooms. All carpet has been removed throughout and installed with the hard wood floors.

Basement has brand new Designer Kitchenette with Fridge/ Dishwasher, and built-in Quartzite counters. Quartzite counter for office use and quiet/ private. from upstairs. It has a built-in monitor with HDMI connection for multiple screens (2) are available. Basement has day bed that can be made into a King size bed to sleep 2 people. Bedroom is downstairs with Queen bed that sleeps 2 people. Owners sleeps here here when not rented, so you will see her books and clothes, but you have access to the drawer space that is available. Closet in basement is not available for use. Basement has newly remodeled walk-in shower, new vanity and all newly tiled floor. (Pics coming soon)!

The fully stocked kitchen captures your culinary imagination with the gas stove, all stainless Frigidaire appliances and plenty of space to cook with family and friends. Kitchen has granite counters and luxury high end cherry cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a coffee bar & new Nespresso machine.

There is space for 3 people at the bar which is adjacent to the dining room and overlooks the large 65″ screen Roku TV in the sunroom.

The sun room boasts a Peloton stationary bike and a 65″ Smart TV as well as plenty of seating on the love seat couch and green swivel chair.

Another large 75″ Smart Roku TV in the living room offers a choice of entertainment options with beautiful sectional with ottomon, and comfy barrel chair.

The dining table inside seats 6.

Outdoors the deck area has a 4 patio outdoor swivel chairs that is high top bar seating and an area where there are a few wicker chairs and table with umbrella for some wonderful shade and all of this has a lovely view of the lake.

High speed internet is available for our guest working remotely (or just having fun online).

The back yard area features the pool, a grassy area.

Washer and dryer are available for your use and is a shared space with access from outside only. The code can be found in your day of arrival message as it is a code lock.

Please note the house is on the corner of a busy intersection and may have potential for noise.

Please park on the left side of the driveway as you are facing the house.

WARNING : The Owner is sometimes on the property with a private unit in the basement when she isn’t traveling and has a cat and dog. We clean after them very well but if you have extreme allergies this location may not be for you. ONLY laundry room and back yard are shared spaces.

BEDROOM SETUP:

Basement boasts a separate :

☀ Bedroom #1 – A Queen-sized Sleep Number bed. There is a kitchenette with an attached office and built in monitors great for virtual work. 1 daybed that extends into a King sized bed. There is a separate entrance to this part of the house. Closet here is not available for use. It also has a newly remodeled walk-in shower, new vanity and all new tile flooring.

The Second floor boasts three bedrooms :

☀ Bedroom #2 – A King sleep number bed and an attached master bathroom suite, dual night stands with drawers along with lamps with a balcony with a seating area for 2 overlooking gorgeous views. A sitting bench at the foot of the bed and closet. An adjustable TV to use at your leisure.

☀ Bedroom #3 – A Queen-sized bed with dual night stands with drawers along with lamps. Sliding door closet available for use, along with a dresser for belongings.

☀ Bedroom #4 – A Queen-sized bed with a free floating nightstand on the right and a lower nightstand on the left housing lamps on both. Drawers pull out from the foot of the bed for tiding belongings.

There are feather down pillows available for your use in some of the rooms.
