In the heart of the Southeast Valley, a cultural mecca and foodie paradise, this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been lovingly remodeled with your comfort in mind. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces delight the senses with subtle luxuries and practicality: quartz counter tops, dedicated workspace and of course, backyard outfitted with many different seating areas. We have outdoor umbrellas that also offer shade, a corn hole game, a comfortable outdoor living area, a dining table.

No expense was spared as we set up the backyard for your pleasure: the sparkling pool, lounge chairs, fire pit, multiple umbrellas to provide shade, and that pergola!! Starting with the gorgeous outdoor custom kitchen BBQ, we have created an outdoor, entertainment space with seating for 6, ambient lighting and even a mini-fridge! We invite your inner chef to come out or hire a personal chef.

The patio offers a shaded area to relax, eat by the pool or even watch 43″ Smart Roku TV outside with both a dining table and an outdoor seating area just off the kitchen. Floating toys can be found in the storage closet.

Living room welcomes you with a comfortable leather sofa bed and couch, 65″ inch Smart Roku TV, and games for cozy family time. Choose from Yahtzee, Rummikub, Trouble or LCR card game.

A huge dining room table offers seating for 6; plus a kid’s corner which has some games good for toddlers.

Kitchen Fully Stocked with all you need to prepare meals for your family. Brand NEW stainless refrigerator & newer oven/ stove. Quartz counter top, drip coffee maker and space to sit at the kitchen island with seating for 4.

There are security cameras installed at the exterior of the home at the front entryway, the side gate and due to insurance and liability protection of the home, we have a security camera in the backyard and the pool area.

If you have children under 18, please always have adult supervision when around the pool.

When inside the home, please keep the backyard patio sliding door closed.

Stays over 29 days will require a signed rental agreement to be sent after booking is confirmed. Also rental taxes will need to be added after booking for longer stays.
