This home is just a quick 2 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge, CO. It’s about a 20 minute walk (downhill) to Downtown Breckenridge in the Summer. About a 10 minute walk to the shuttle stop. In the Winter we recommend driving or using a rideshare service to get to town.
Our home is surrounded with forested trees and you will enjoy a glorious view of the mountain range from the top level of the home. Very spacious home with plenty of private spaces. Whole home has been gutted with a brand new open floor plan, a modern kitchen with a large granite counter/ island, new cabinets & all Bosch high end appliances. This home has 3 Living room spaces, 3 private relaxing sunrooms and boasts 6 large bedrooms & 6 bathrooms for your pleasure. It’s very comfortable and roomy. We have a great space for both vacationers and families. Luxury finishes and attention to detail: many of the closets include trendy barn doors, most of the bathrooms have heated floors and heated towel bars and each space has a smart thermostat. Home has a hot tub on the East deck of the top level. You will be amazed at the comfort this home has to offer and the fact that it can accommodate a large group of guests. Backyard is large and spacious. Driveway can fit up to 5 cars in the summer. Please beware that in the winter, we can not guarantee that many cars will fit due to snow.

AREAS OF INTEREST :
☀ You can walk to town in 15 min or use the town free shuttle to go to the slopes. It’s up the hill so walking back with snow on the ground can be challenging. Very spacious home with plenty of private spaces. The home is close to the road so please be careful when backing out in winter weather. It’s also a short Uber ride. In the summer, you can walk to Main St . Breckenridge offers many activities in the winter with skiing, snowboarding, sledding & snowmobiling. The Summer is great too with hiking, biking or river rafting. This home has great proximity to town only less than 1 mile away. We have so many great restaurants nearby or you can just go to the local grocery store and cook in this dreamy chef’s luxury kitchen fully equipped for your needs.

PLEASE READ :
Individual thermostats for each single room control electric heaters. Please be aware of easy waste of energy. Use the fireplaces and pellet stove before pushing the electric heater. The basement can be cooler than the rest of the house; our suggestion is that you use the pellet stove to warm up this area. Please only use pellets in the pellet stove. There are bags of pellets near the washer/dryer as well as additional bags in the garage near the steps. There might be a gel fire accelerator available. Please only use this for the pellet stove, it is not for use in any other stoves or fire pits.
There is a wood burning stove in the house also. We strive to have wood available for your use, but this is not guaranteed. Firewood can be purchased at the local grocery stores if needed.
Well water is in place in this mountain home.
Please be aware that this is a dog-friendly house, if pre approved before arrival.
