To make a reservation, a guest must provide full payment and complete the booking process through our website or designated booking channels. We accept stripe payments as specified on our website.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees.
Each rental property has a maximum occupancy limit as specified on our website. Additional guests beyond the maximum limit are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. All guests must be registered with SLR and listed in the arrival form or in the messaging in the booking app you reserved on.
Please No SMOKING. No DRUGS. No PARTIES! No EXTRA GUESTS, unless officially reserved. Please be respectful of neighbors. Some of our properties allow for up to 2 dogs, and there are extra fees for this. Please inquire about bringing your fur baby.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the rental property or its contents during their stay. As part of your reservation, we have included an extra fee we call “Admin Fee” that helps to cover minimal damages, so should give you peace of mind.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking channel and rate plan selected. Please refer to the cancellation policy specified on your reservation confirmation for more information.
Skye Luxury Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for their safety and security. If your stay is at one of our properties that has a pool or hot tub, please ensure that all of your guests are safe around the amenities and have ensured the safety of any children.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skye Luxury Rentals and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of their stay or use of the rental property.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental property is located.
We have video surveillance cameras outside of the each home to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Most properties have a ring camera by the front door or a video surveillance camera at an exterior entrance or if the property has a pool, there may be a video surveillance camera in the backyard and pool area. Don’t be alarmed, there are none inside.

*** PLEASE NOTE: That this house is within a residential neighborhood and all guests must respect the Property Location’s Noise Policy.
You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean.
Reasonably clean includes:
* Washing all of the dishes you have used.
* Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by the
* side gate.
* Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must
* be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and
* comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.
If the property has a BBQ please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town.
Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.

Please no commercial videotaping of any kind allowed on the premises. If you are wanting to video tape something, you will need to acquire special permission from us and supply us with insurance documents.
If property has a pool, beach towels are provided to you for your use, please use only 1 per person as needed for your stay.
Please be sure to put the pool cover back on the pool between use, especially at night. This will ensure the pool stays a consistent temperature during your stay.
If property has a hot tub, please put hot tub cover after each use to help maintain the heat and help it stay clean.
Skye Luxury Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
