Skye Luxury Rentals is a vacation rental company that offers high-end properties for short-term stays.

We offer a variety of properties including luxury villas, beachfront condos, and mountain retreats.

Reservations can be made through our website or designated booking channels. Full payment is required to complete the booking process.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking channel and rate plan selected. Please refer to the cancellation policy specified on your reservation confirmation for more information.

No, every reservation includes an Admin Fee which is a nominal fee for us to provide insurance for your stay.

Dependent on the location, some locations allow for up to 2 dogs. Please inquire about the requirements for your desired property. Please note there are also extra fees.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property for SLR or anywhere on the premises.

Each rental property has a maximum occupancy limit as specified on our website. Additional guests beyond the maximum limit are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival, including directions and access codes.

Our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or issues during your stay.

Each rental property is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additional amenities may vary by property and are specified on our website. SLR takes the time to fully stock the kitchens at the properties with usually brand new items and is supplied with above and beyond the normal for most Airbnbs.

Detailed check-out instructions will be provided prior to your departure, including cleaning and key return procedures.
We accept stripe payments as specified on our website.

Hosting events or parties is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Additional fees may apply.
