2. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property or anywhere on the premises.
3. Hosting events or parties is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Additional fees may apply.
4. Guests are responsible for maintaining the rental property in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.
