1. Each rental property has a maximum occupancy limit as specified on our website. Additional guests beyond the maximum limit are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.
2. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property or anywhere on the premises.
3. Hosting events or parties is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Additional fees may apply.
4. Guests are responsible for maintaining the rental property in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.
5. Skye Luxury Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property during their stay.
