This home has been lovingly remodeled with new hardwood in main level of the home & bedrooms. We have also added tile floors to the guest bathroom upstairs and the laundry room. Bathrooms have been remodeled too, with the master getting a new vanity, all new lighting and the other guest bathroom has a new vanity and all new lighting and new tile floor. Every light in the home has been replaced and the whole home has been repainted, so looks fresh and clean. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms- a king in the master and queen beds in the other two guest rooms.
The fully stocked kitchen captures your culinary imagination with the gas stove, all stainless Frigidaire appliances and plenty of space to cook with family and friends.
There is space for 3 people at the bar which is adjacent to the dining room and. overlooks the large 65″ screen TV in the sunroom.
The sun room boasts a Peloton stationary bike and a 65″ Smart TV as well as plenty of seating on the love seat couch and green swivel chair.

Outdoors the deck area has a 4 patio outdoor swivel chairs that is high top bar seating and an area where there are a few wicker chairs and table with umbrella for some wonderful shade and all of this has a lovely view of the lake.
High speed internet is available for our guest working remotely (or just having fun online).
Washer and dryer are available for your use and is shared with the owner who lives in the basement (basement has it’s own entrance).
The back yard area features the pool, a grassy area.
Just minutes from Denver’s main highways, you will have quick and easy access to Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder as well as the foothills/mountains.

A cat lives at the house with the owner in the basement unit.
WARNING we have a cat that lives with us. He won’t be there when you visit and we clean after him very well but if you have extreme allergies this location may not be for you.

The backyard and the laundry area are shared spaces. The owner has a dog, which she may use the laundry door to get access to the backyard for the doggie.

The Owner is sometimes on the property with a private residence in the basement.
The highlight of our neighborhood is the lake and park.

A rental agreement and a credit card for security deposit will be required after booking.
